Our ASPIRE Program (Asperger Students Participating In Reaching Excellence) is geared towards meeting the needs of students grades kindergarten through eighth grade with asperger syndrome. It provides a small group instruction setting for students at grade level or close to grade level.  This program has a teacher/student ratio of 1:5 or 1:6.  We use Direct Instruction curriculum for reading, language arts, and math.  Precision Teaching (instruction used to increase fluency with core skills) is also used to develop and maintain skills needed in these areas.  Instruction in science, social studies, social skills, computer skills, specials, and community skills and involvement is also provided throughout the school year.

Our academic high school classroom for students with a diagnosis of asperger's syndrome uses a proprietary, online high school curriculum.  This curriculum allows students to pick individual courses to meet high school graduation requirements.  Students work independently with supervision and incorporate small group activities throughout the day.
