I would like to thank everyone at Haugland Learning Center. My son Eithan is a totally different person since he started going to your school! His behavior is 100 % better than I would have ever thought it would be.
This time last year he was in pre-school with the local school district and I was banging my head up against the wall wondering what was next for him and whether he would ever get any better. Today we can go out in public without him having total meltdowns and he is very well behaved.When I opened my email with his 1st quarter grade report, I sat at the computer and cried for 10 minutes thinking, "This cannot be Eithan's report card." You and your staff in Sandusky are MY angels...I can NEVER thank you enough for giving me the little boy I have been waiting for the past 5 years. I am so looking forward to many more happy and wonderful years here at Haugland Learning Center!

HLC Columbus/Dublin
HLC’s Columbus/Dublin locations are located at 3400 Snouffer Road, Columbus, Ohio 43235, and 6567 Dublin Center Dr, Suite 9 Dublin, OH 43017, respectively. The Columbus location houses our A.S.P.I.R.E program, our Early P.L.A.N. program, and all of HLC’s administrative staff, our psychologist, and additional personnel from our sister company, Haugland Consulting. The Dublin location houses our Middle and High School P.L.A.N. programs.
HLC Branches
HLC operates classroom-based programs at four "Branch" locations: Lancaster, Portsmouth, Sandusky, and at NECCO Center in Pedro, Ohio. If you believe your area of Ohio has a significant need for quality educational services for children affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder, please contact us. Three of our branches were started because local families and professionals contacted us and asked us to open a program in their town!
HLC Lancaster
HLC Lancaster operates in a specially-designated area of St. Mark Church, located at 324 Gay Street in Lancaster, Ohio, 43130. This location opened in the fall of 2008 and serves students from the Lancaster area.
HLC Portsmouth
HLC Portsmouth is located at 2524 17th St. in Portsmouth, Ohio, 45662. This program opened in the fall of 2008 but just recently moved to the newer and larger facility on 17th Street. This program serves students from the Portsmouth area.
HLC Sandusky
HLC Sandusky is a chartered, non-public school located at 514 Jackson Street, Sandusky, OH 44870. This location opened in fall of 2010 but just recently moved to a newer and larger facility in Sandusky and serves students from the Sandusky/Erie area.
HLC NECCO Center
Haugland Learning Center is excited to formally announce a new partnership with NECCO Center, a psychiatric residential treatment program located in Pedro, Ohio.
